Introduction to the team:
The EMEA HR Health and Safety team ensures regional compliance, promotes employee well-being, and aligns with our mission of fostering a safe and supportive workplace across diverse markets.
You'll have the exciting opportunity to collaborate with leaders and staff to implement impactful health and safety measures, making a tangible difference in our offices across EMEA.
In this role, you will
* Handle routine information requests (phone or email), host visitors, and ensure accurate distribution of information.
* Use information management tools (online systems, hard copy files) to retrieve and organize requested information.
* Assist with logistics for team events (internal and external).
* Schedule meetings and coordinate messages, appointments, and information for department staff.
* Manage new hire setup, user access support, space planning, and office moves.
* Order and maintain inventory of supplies.
* Prepare and proof documents, presentations, and team communications for grammar, spelling, and quality.
* Track details and deliverables, prioritize tasks, and allocate time and resources effectively.
* Drive tasks to completion independently and provide coverage for absent peers.
* Demonstrate punctuality, reliability, and focus in meeting deadlines without being sidetracked.
* Support health and safety efforts under supervision, including tracking training participation, compliance assessments, risk assessment outcomes, medical checks, and ergonomic assessments.
* Manage invoice control for health and safety vendors and assist with reporting work-related injuries and illnesses.
* Build and maintain strong business relationships with colleagues and external partners.
Experience and qualifications
* Organization: Skilled in managing information requests, tracking deliverables, and prioritizing tasks effectively.
* Division Support: Skilled in coordinating training, tracking compliance assessments, and handling health-related tasks like ergonomic assessments and medical checks.
* Communication: Skilled in preparing and proofreading documents, scheduling meetings, and maintaining business relationships with colleagues and partners.
