Inspection on the construction process and on design process in the constructions sector (buildings and infrastructures) managingteams responsible for delivering inspection services outputs on time, within budget, andin accordance with the inspection body procedures and technical rules.

Key Accountabilities
1. Coordinating external and internal teams of professionals #LI-MC1
2. Carrying out inspections on the basis of the project’s documentation.
3. Managing contacts and maintaining relationships with public and private clients;
4. Coordinate and plan field assignments for project management activities;
5. Responsible for one or more projects / one or more clients;
6. Plan and schedule of work load of field personnel, ensure that the assignment requirements are understood and met by field personnel;
7. Assist field personnel in the execution of their assigned responsibilities;
8. Evaluate field personnel performance;
9. Ensure that all data entry into RINA systems is performed in accordance with the agreed systems and procedures;
10. Ensure that all assigned activities are executed in accordance with the inspection body Rina Check Quality Management System;
11. Comply with HSE Policies, Proceduresand Guidelines;
12. Be aware of the quality of his/her own work and its impact on service delivery and contribute to the QMS improvement according to his/her role;
13. Manage direct liaison with customers, suppliers and field personnel;
14. Manage relationships with project stakeholders, including internal and external clients and vendors, keeping the stakeholders informed of progress and issues in order to manage expectations on all customer needs;
15. Ensure services are supplied to requirements and within cost and delivery targets;
Education
Master’s Degree in Engineering General or Architecture
Qualifications
Have gained experience with private or public stakeholders operating in the construction sector, in one or more of the following areas It will be considered a preferred qualification:
16. Inspection on the construction process and on design process in according to the standard UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 17020
17. Technical and administrative management from the design phase to the construction phase
18. Design and/or construction supervision
19. Registration in the relevant professional register
20. 1+ years of experience
