Based in Italy, and truthful to its DNA, KIKO MILANO takes advantage of combining trustworthy quality, creativity and stunning aesthetics /p h3Your role at KIKO MILANO /h3 pWe are looking for a Client Insights Specialist to join KIKO MILANO’s Global CRM Team, within the Customer Data Insights area, reporting to the Client Insights Senior Specialist. /p pSuch talent will play a pivotal role in understanding, segmenting, and activating our global customer base, supporting KIKO’s mission to deliver personalized, data-driven experiences at scale. /p pWith millions of active clients across all channels and geographies, your work will help translate complex data into strategic insights that drive loyalty, engagement, and long-term growth. /p h3In particular, you will : /h3 ul liOwn and evolve the global customer insights framework, transforming data into actionable recommendations that influence CRM, retail, and marketing strategies. /li liLead the RFM and segmentation models, analyzing customer behavior across lifecycle stages, channels, and markets. /li liPartner with local CRM teams to develop advanced analyses, identifying opportunities to increase customer value, frequency, and retention. /li liBuild and maintain automated dashboards and KPI reporting systems in collaboration with IT and BI teams. /li liTranslate insights into clear narratives for top management, influencing global business decisions. /li liSupport the evolution of CRM and loyalty programs through quantitative evaluation of campaign results (uplift, churn risk, LTV, cross-category engagement). /li liContribute to the development of predictive and behavioral models (propensity, churn, clustering) to improve personalization at scale. /li /ul h3What you will need to succeed /h3 ul li1-2 years of experience in CRM analytics, customer insights, or data strategy — ideally in a retail, beauty, or consumer goods environment. /li liMSc or BSc in a quantitative field (Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or Business Analytics) or equivalent practical experience. /li liProven experience managing large-scale customer databases (millions of profiles) and transforming data into actionable insight. /li liProficiency in Power BI (or similar BI tools) and strong command of Excel and PowerPoint for executive storytelling. /li liWorking knowledge of SQL and / or Python for advanced data manipulation and analysis. /li liExperience with Databricks (or similar Data Intelligence Platforms), customer segmentation modeling, or CDP / CRM ecosystems. /li liFamiliarity with marketing automation platforms and campaign performance measurement. /li liAbility to collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, E-commerce, Retail, and IT to embed insights into activation. /li liFluency in English, other languages are a plus. /li /ul h3We would love if you had /h3 ul liAbility to learn on the job /li liStrong analytical mindset combined with business acumen and an ability to communicate complex findings clearly. /li liStrong sense of ownership, curiosity, and drive to build innovative, data-led customer strategies. /li /ul pClient Insights Specialist • Bergamo, Lombardy, IT /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
