This role requires a strategic mindset and technical expertise to drive product development and optimization in the industrial and manufacturing sector. Reporting to the Technical Director, you will be responsible for: Defining the technical product roadmap in alignment with business objectives and market needs.Leading innovation initiatives in packaging and labelling machinery, introducing new and advanced technologies.Developing new product features and upgrades based on customer insights and competitive benchmarking.Analysing market trends and competitor offerings to identify differentiation opportunities and strategic advantages.Providing technical input to support the commercial organisation in product positioning and go‑to‑market strategy.Collaborating cross‑functionally to ensure effective and timely product development and launch.Ensuring technical feasibility, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across the machinery portfolio. Requisiti: Availability to travel nationally and internationally (trade shows, customer visits, production sites), approx. 30-40%. 10+ years of experience in similar leadership roles, ideally within the industrial machinery or packaging sectors. Strong leadership skills and strategic vision, with proven managerial capabilities. Solid understanding of aftermarket business models, including spare parts, service sales, and lifecycle value creation. Fluent in English; additional languages are considered an advantage. Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast‑paced environments, with international exposure. Experience in entrepreneurial, rapidly scaling, or transformation‑driven contexts is a strong plus. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, combined with a customer‑centric and results‑driven mindset.
