Ph3Design Manager / Team Leader /h3 pACM-e S.r.l. — an Italian engineering and architecture consultancy based in Milan and Florence — is growing its design management team for large-scale urban development and infrastructure programmes in the MENA region. /p pWe're looking for a senior leader to head multidisciplinary design teams and manage design consultants on behalf of the client. /p h3What you’ll do /h3 ul liLead and coordinate multidisciplinary design teams (architecture, structure, MEP, landscape, marine/infrastructure) /li liManage design‑consultant contracts and verify contractual compliance of deliverables /li liSet up design management frameworks, review protocols and change‑control systems /li liRun multi‑firm coordination, interface management and milestone verification /li liManage stakeholders across client, consultants and authorities /li /ul h3What we’re looking for /h3 ul liM.Sc. in Civil Engineering or a related discipline /li li20+ years’ experience in design management on large-scale urban, infrastructure or industrial projects /li liProven track record managing design consultants and coordinating multiple design firms /li liExperience in waterfront and mixed‑use master‑plan developments is a strong plus /li liPMP and/or PRINCE2 Practitioner; ISO 9001 Lead Auditor highly desirable /li liStrong command of MS Project and Aconex /li liLanguages: fluent English essential; Italian, Arabic and/or French a real advantage /li /ul h3Location /h3 pInternational assignment (MENA region), coordinated from our Milan/Florence offices. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
