Job Description
We are looking for a proactive individual to join our Branch Operations team at our Milan HQ, eager to contribute to the improvement of Noicompriamoauto.it branches.
Responsibilities
* Onboarding and training on branch administrative procedures (documents, logistics, etc.);
* Remote support to branches for administrative and customer issues;
* Collaboration on drafting and maintaining branch procedure manuals;
* Monitoring compliance with procedures across the territory's branches.
Qualifications
* Significant experience as a coordinator in quality management within structured organizations;
* Supervision and coordination of branch management according to quality standards;
* Planning and prioritization skills, result-oriented;
* Preferably experience in process quality;
* Willingness to travel;
* Knowledge of lean principles and their application is a plus.

Additional Information
