The Role
We’re looking for an E-commerce Specialist to support the growth of our Online Revenue division and help clients scale their digital commerce performance.
This is a high-impact role for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and who is driven by measurable outcomes such as revenue growth, conversion rate improvement, and customer value.
What You’ll Do
* Support clients in optimising and scaling their e-commerce business, from conversion to retention
* Analyse and improve key e-commerce metrics (CR, AOV, LTV, CAC, churn, repeat rate)
* Identify and prioritise CRO initiatives across product pages, checkout, navigation and UX flows
* Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to improve merchandising, content and product storytelling
* Work on pricing, promotions, bundles and launch calendars, aligned with business objectives
* Support the definition of e-commerce roadmaps (quick wins + strategic initiatives)
* Improve reporting and decision-making through dashboards and structured performance analysis
* Coordinate with tech / development teams on implementation requirements (Shopify, WooCommerce, custom stacks)
* Contribute to Marte’s e-commerce playbooks and methodologies
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in e-commerce operations, growth or CRO (agency or brand-side)
* Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with data and KPIs
* You’ll own e-commerce performance outcomes end-to-end, from analysis to execution support and reporting
* Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms and tools (e.g., Shopify, GA4, GTM, Hotjar/Clarity, feed tools)
* Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail
* Clear communication skills with clients and internal stakeholders
* Structured problem-solving + “test & learn” mindset
* Fluent in Italian and English
