As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be involved in all manufacturing engineering activities of the Casaletto Vaprio plant: ensure alignment of production data with the customer design and develop a culture of quality, safety and EHS for the Aerospace production. You will develop operational excellence according to the site’s strategy and define manufacturing processes of the plant, by optimization and efficiency of people, materials and equipment.
Technical Skills
Master’s Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Process Engineering or equivalent
3‑4 years of experience in Manufacturing / Process Engineering
Solid experience in reading technical drawings/specifications, including identification of Key Characteristics (KC)
Experience with Metrology, ASME tolerances or equivalent
CAD knowledge with Catia V5 or similar
Excellent knowledge and use of the full Microsoft Office suite
Italian C1 (native speaker preferred) and English B2
Soft Skills
Problem solving
Strong team player, especially across different functions
Quality, results and continuous improvement oriented
Nice to Have
3‑4 years of experience in EN 9100 (or ideally Part 21)
Experience in transparencies manufacturing processes and the main processes involved (forming, machining, lamination, bonding and painting)
Lean Manufacturing experience, Six Sigma Green Belt
Additional languages at a minimum B1 level
