We are looking for a dynamic Digital Communication Manager to join our Communication Team—someone who can help convey our vision through digital channels by creating engaging content and strengthening our online presence.
The ideal candidate has 3 to 4 years of experience managing social media channels, preferably with a background in an architecture or design firm. Reporting to the Head of Communications, they will be responsible for developing an editorial plan, creating content for social media, updating the website, and managing newsletters and presentations.
Requirements
Experience – At least 3 years of experience, preferably in the fields of architecture, design, or other creative industries.
Digital skills – Solid knowledge of major social media platforms and proficiency with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Google Analytics).
Creativity – Ability to create compelling visual content aligned with the studio’s visual identity and philosophy, aimed at increasing visibility and engagement.
Visual communication – Proficiency in software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing tools.
Teamwork – Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both the creative team and architectural staff.
Passion for architecture – A strong interest in architecture, design, and visual culture.
Language skills – Good command of both Italian and English, written and spoken.
Key Responsibilities
Update and maintain the company website.
Prepare and send newsletters.
Develop and implement digital communication strategies to promote the studio’s brand and projects.
Collaborate with the communication and marketing team to create content aligned with the studio’s philosophy and ongoing projects.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.
Community management: interact with the online community (responding to comments and messages), and build relationships with influencers, clients, and industry professionals.
Create visual content such as photos, videos, and multimedia assets that reflect the studio’s visual identity.
Graphic design skills for preparing presentations will be considered a plus.
