ResponsibilitiesSales Administration Support
- Provide administrative support to a national sales team of 10+ members
- Assist with preparation of sales documentation, presentations, and proposals
- Coordinate RFQ/RFP documentation and submission processes
- Support scheduling of customer meetings and internal commercial reviews
CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records
- Track pipeline activity, customer interactions, and opportunity progression
- Manage and monitor sales trends through CRM reporting and pipeline analysis
- Ensure all sales activities are properly recorded to support forecasting and performance tracking
Inside Sales & Lead Generation
- Support lead generation and prospecting activities
- Assist in qualifying opportunities and passing leads to the sales team
- Follow up on proposals and customer communications
- Contribute to pipeline development through structured outreach activities
Sales Campaign Support
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of sales campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and track lead generation outcomes
- Provide reporting and insights on campaign effectiveness
Customer & Team Coordination
- Act as a key point of coordination between sales, operations, and other internal teams
- Support onboarding of new customers and account setup processes
Physical Requirements
Job may require extended sitting or standing, use of standard office equipment.
Other Skills / Abilities
- CRM systems (e.G. Dynamics 365 or similar)
- Microsoft Excel / Power BI (data analysis and reporting)
- Microsoft PowerPoint (sales presentations and decks)
- SharePoint / Microsoft Teams (collaboration and document management)
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Masters degree in economics, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Proactive, motivated, and eager to learn
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Italian, English, and Spanish
