Role
Hemmersbach is seeking an experienced Onsite Technician at an L2 level to join our team. As an Onsite Technician, you will provide technical support to our clients at their location, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, as well as configuring and maintaining their IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support onsite to our clients at their location
* Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, and other peripherals
* Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems
* Participate in project rollouts and deployments
* Maintain accurate records of repairs, inventory, and equipment
* Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management
Location: Vado Ligure (Savona)
Requirements
* Former professional experience as an L2 support engineer within large corporations
* Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management
* Good English and fluent Italian
* Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products
* Knowledge of TCP/IP and networking protocols
* Familiar with ticketing system
