Position Overview
We are seeking a 3D AI Researcher to help advance our pipelines in neural reconstruction, diffusion-based 3D generation, generative design, and scene synthesis. You'll join a high-performing, compact team that is shaping the future of digital objects and environments at scale.

Key Responsibilities
* Research and develop generative 3D pipelines using diffusion models and transformer-based architectures.
* Create systems that can generate relightable 3D objects from limited visual input.
* Innovate in generative 3D content creation, including background and product design with AI-driven control.
* Prototype and benchmark architectures for high-quality 3D reconstruction and generation.
* Work closely with engineering and research teams to scale novel ideas into production.
* Collaborate with enterprise clients to align technical efforts with business needs.
* Take ownership of major components within the 3D pipeline to support scaling efforts.
* Participate in international conferences on computer vision, machine learning, and startups.
Qualifications
Required:
* PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, Computer Graphics, or related field — OR — Master's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience
* Proven experience in 3D scene generation, neural rendering, or 3D reconstruction
* Hands-on knowledge of diffusion and transformer models applied to 3D
* Familiarity with 3D scene representations
* Strong coding abilities in Python and/or C++
* Experience with PyTorch and rendering frameworks
* Solid understanding of 3D vision and physically-based rendering
Nice to Have:
* GPU programming experience
* Background in multi-view geometry, structured light, or 3D processing
* Track record of translating research into real-world applications
* Contributions to open-source projects
