We are now looking for a passionate and driven Industrial Engineering Intern to join our team and contribute to key plant projects.
What You'll Do:
* Collaborate on defining and optimizing production cycles in both automatic and manual assembly lines.
* Analyze and improve production workflows, conduct time studies, support capacity planning, and contribute to layout design.
* Help standardize best practices to support the spread of WCM culture.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives and new product development processes.
What You'll Gain:

What We're Looking For:
* Master's degree in Engineering.
* Strong command of Italian and English.
* A pragmatic mindset with initiative, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively.
* Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or TPM methodologies.
* Proficiency in MS Office and a basic understanding of industrial processes.
