PpBased in our office in Carpi (Modena), we are looking for a Clearance Mass Market Manager to join our team and drive performance across key distribution channels. /p pThis position represents an exciting opportunity for a strategic and results-driven professional to lead the development and execution of the wholesale strategy across Mass Market, Jobber, Flash Sales, Off-Price, and BM channels. The role will play a key part in maximizing revenue, optimizing stock monetization, and ensuring brand consistency across all distribution channels. /p h3CORE RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liDefine and execute the wholesale strategy across Mass Market, Jobber, Flash Sales, Off-Price, and BM channels /li liDrive sales performance and key KPIs (revenue, margin, sell-in, stock clearance) /li liMonitor and analyze channel performance, identifying risks and growth opportunities /li liLead and coordinate the Key Account Management team, setting priorities, targets, and action plans /li liDevelop commercial plans aligned with brand positioning and overall business objectives /li liOversee stock management and liquidation strategies in collaboration with Planning and Merchandising teams /li liLead key negotiations and manage strategic wholesale accounts /li liEnsure consistency of brand positioning across all distribution channels, with particular focus on off-price environments /li liCollaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams /li liIdentify new business opportunities to optimize stock monetization /li liPrepare regular reports and provide performance insights to the Director Mass Market /li /ul h3QUALIFICATIONS /h3 ul liMinimum 5 years of experience in wholesale roles within apparel and/or footwear /li liProven experience managing off-price, mass market, or similar distribution channels /li liStrong understanding of wholesale dynamics and multi-channel distribution strategies /li liSolid analytical skills with experience in KPI tracking and performance management /li liExperience in stock management and inventory optimization /li liAdvanced negotiation and stakeholder management skills /li liStrategic mindset combined with a hands‑on, execution-oriented approach /li liStrong problem-solving and decision‑making abilities /li liFluency in English; knowledge of an additional European language is a plus /li /ul pWe believe that with success comes opportunity.
