We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Global Support Administrator to support to members of the global sales team including our Global Managing Director - Board Development, who is based in Denmark.
This is a junior level role suited to someone early in their career who is eager to learn, enjoys being organised, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly. You will support sales system administration, data entry and tracking, diary coordination, travel planning, inbox organisation, report, preparation, and general administrative tasks to help further commercial conversations and contribute to our strategic objectives.
You will work closely with the Global Managing Director - Board Development remotely while being based full-time in Mauritius during standard Mauritius business hours.
Main Responsibilities
- Be responsible for maintaining digital data systems, for example using Salesforce, to maintain accurate records of sales data and interactions - Schedule meetings across multiple time‑zones, with excellent attention to detail and clear communication - Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and research to prepare briefing notes. - Monitor and organise incoming emails, flagging urgent items and drafting responses - Arrange travel bookings including flights, hotels, visas, and itineraries - Track follow ups and action points from meetings using Excel and other tools - Support internal coordination between sales, finance, and operations teams - Ensure deadlines are tracked and reminders are sent as needed - Other jobs as required to support the smooth running of the team

- Look for simple ways to improve organisation and efficiency - Use Microsoft Office tools effectively and confidently - Be open to learning new systems and tools, including AI and automation where helpful
Essential Skills and Experience
- 1 to 2 years of PA experience and support, admin experience - Strong organisational skills - Excellent attention to detail - Comfortable fulfilling multiple tasks at once - Clear and professional written communication skills, with excellent attention to detail - Confident using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working 9am to 6pm Mauritius time - Able to work independently while supporting remote team members
Desirable Experience
- Exposure to sales or commercial environments - Experience booking travel and coordinating meetings
