Operations & Guest Experience Manager
Tenuta Castelnuovo Tancredi, a historic 600-hectare organic estate in the heart of Tuscany, is looking for an Operations & Guest Experience Manager to oversee reservations, guest communications, and villa operations across our three exclusive properties.
This is a year-round position, remote from November to March and on-site from April to October, requiring strong organizational and relational skills, fluency in English, and a genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Manage all guest inquiries, quotes, and reservations (direct and OTA).
Coordinate the full guest journey: pre-arrival, check-in/out, and post-stay follow-up.
Supervise housekeeping schedules, maintenance requests, and supplier coordination.
Oversee communication with international clients and ensure consistent service standards.
Handle marketing updates, social media coordination, and website content.
Collaborate with ownership on strategy, pricing, and performance analysis.
Act as the on-site point of contact during guest arrivals and departures.
Requirements
Minimum 4–5 years' experience in hospitality management or luxury villa rentals.
Excellent English (spoken and written); Italian proficiency preferred.
Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Competence with digital tools (Google Workspace, CRM, OTA dashboards, basic Meta/Google Ads).
Ability to work autonomously, manage priorities, and represent the estate's values of discretion, authenticity, and excellence.
Availability to work weekends and holidays during the high season.
