## **Position Description**Within the Aircraft BU, the Workshop Manager of the Primary Lines (Part Manufacturing) of the Venegono Plant ensures the planning and achievement of production objectives for the Composites, Sheet Metal, Welding/Tube Bending, Galvanic and Mechanical departments.The role ensures the full efficiency and effectiveness of production processes through the management and coordination of the Department Managers and a total workforce of approximately 200 resources.
## **Main Activities*** Ensure the achievement of production targets (quality, time and cost KPIs) for the primary lines.
* Coordinate Department Managers and ensure the correct execution of operational activities.
* Plan capacity and workloads to optimize resources.
* Monitor line performance, identify critical issues and implement corrective actions.
* Lead continuous improvement initiatives and process standardization.
* Ensure the application of safety, quality and aeronautical compliance regulations.
* Foster a collaborative environment and professional development of personnel.Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, HR and Program Functions for the integrated management of production flows.
