Junior Recruiter

We are selecting a Junior Recruiter to strengthen the Carate Brianza branch.
The selected candidate will report to the Branch Manager and will manage the full selection process, including:
Analysis of the job description, drafting and publishing advertisements on various marketplaces
Screening, telephone interviews and selection interviews with candidates, preparing candidate presentations, presenting profiles in line with the client
Coordination with colleagues to ensure effective selection
Responding promptly and effectively to urgent placement requests
We are looking for a person with the following characteristics:
Experience of 6 months – 2 years as a Recruiter in staffing agencies
Ability to effectively relate with different stakeholders
Bachelor's or Master's degree
Proactiveness and energy
Team and goal-oriented work ability
Fixed-term contract with a final goal, or permanent contract based on experience and skills; subject to the Commerce collective agreement.
The gross annual salary will be defined based on the profile and experience.
Resource will have a MBO plan with associated bonuses
Full-time schedule: *************** with flexibility in entry and exit
