Overview Role : Hisense Italy is now looking for a Key Account in the MDA department dedicated to the built-in and SDA retail channel with a professional background. Proven sales experience. Strong understanding of retail and buying group dynamics. Ability to work in a fast-growing company with high dynamism, agility, and flexibility. Excellent negotiation skills and capacity to engage with a wide range of clients. Strategic mindset with the ability to connect sell-in dynamics with sell-out execution. Strong forecasting and planning capability to support factory alignment. Main responsibilities Define and execute customer plans based on brand and category strategy. Manage relationships with key buyers and negotiate agreements. Drive sell-out through promotions, displays, and marketing initiatives. Monitor market trends, competitors, and product innovations to identify opportunities. Analyze sell-in and sell-out data, forecasting and reporting monthly results. Optimize KPIs including sell-out, promo share, and display share. Required Skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Problem-solving mindset, proactive and result-oriented.
