You will ensure clients’ needs are met in a timely manner, maintain a well‑organized appointment schedule, and prioritize bSimply Excellent Hearing Care /b. /p h3What’s in it for you /h3 ul liTop priority of culture and community including ongoing training /li liAttractive compensation package with monthly bonus opportunities /li liOnboarding, comprehensive benefits, paid holidays, PTO, 401k with match, Health Wellness programs /li liMentorship and professional development opportunities including a CES Advisory Board /li liField support for your hearing center /li /ul h3What You Will Do /h3 ul liMaintain client charts and ensure information is up to date /li liPrioritize welcome and confirmation calls and provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service /li liManage clinic schedule to ensure efficient and expedient patient care for walk‑in/curbside appointments, scheduled appointments, and potential clients /li liEnter stock and custom orders, perform weekly inventory audit to ensure accuracy /li liMaintain detailed and accurate records of cash and bank deposits and perform all end‑of‑day processes and reports/settlements /li liMaintain a clean, inviting, and friendly environment /li liMaintain basic knowledge of hearing‑aid technology and perform basic cleaning/repair functions /li liAssist with basic hearing‑aid troubleshooting via telephone or in‑person and conduct cleaning checks /li liMaintain knowledge of current HearUSA products, promotions and pricing; as needed, facilitate and support with HearAssist and remote care /li /ul h3What We Are Looking For /h3 ul liHigh School Diploma or equivalent /li liExperience in customer service and office administration /li liExcellent oral and written communication skills, ability to establish and maintain a professional rapport with clients and co‑workers /li liProficiency with computers including scheduling software and MS Office /li liStrong multitasking, organization, and time‑management skills /li /ul h3A Place To Grow Your Career /h3 pGrowth means investing in employee development, from day‑to‑day support to opportunities to stretch your skills.
