The internship offers hands‐on exposure to HR data governance, HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors), and people analytics, contributing directly to the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of HR data used for operational and strategic decision‐making.Key Responsibilities Perform data quality checks, validations, and reconciliations across HR systems and reports in closed collaboration with Group HR OrganizationContribute to the development of data quality dashboards, controls, and monitoring toolsAssist in preparing reports, analyses, and presentations for internal stakeholdersHands‐on exposure to HR processes and data management within a global organization, operating in an international and multicultural environmentExposure to HR Information Systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors / Employee Central)Practical experience with HR analytics, KPIs, and dashboards on PowerBI toolDevelopment of analytic
