Lead development plans execution and effectiveness through well-defined KPIs, maintaining a strong focus on profitability down to the single store level. Plan and execute new openings, transfers, and closures ensuring continuous network performance improvement with successful processes on a store-by-store basis. Drive, develop, and implement all country-level projects related to store network development. Consistently monitor and analyze the business potential of various geographical regions, including defining ideal staffing levels for the network and prioritizing recruitment needs. Assess the existing store network and identify opportunities for expansion. Design the most effective development plans to capitalize on new commercial opportunities, selecting the optimal retail mix for each area and defining the most suitable store formats.
