The candidate should create automated workflows to personalize customer/prospect journeys, delivering relevant and timely messaging across various channels. The candidate should also be able to use CRM for managing database, creating reports, and tracking all the data to measure the success of the marketing activities and the related ROI. /ph3Key Tasks / Duties /h3ulliCreating and executing marketing automation campaigns and workflows across platforms, and testing performance. /liliManaging lead generation and lead nurturing, creating lead scoring rules to drive conversations, and handling customer segmentation and targeting. /liliCollaborating with marketing and sales to ensure alignment and best practices. /liliUtilizing data insights to define campaign strategies and optimize customer journeys. /liliDeveloping and maintaining a system to track and segment prospects for targeted marketing campaigns. /liliTroubleshooting technical issues with campaigns or marketing automation platforms and proposing solutions. /liliGenerating reports and analyzing data to measure the success and ROI of marketing automation efforts. /liliCollecting and analyzing marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential issues. /liliUtilizing marketing data to create insightful reports for various stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making. /liliMonitoring key performance indicators and providing regular updates on marketing effectiveness. /liliContinuously evaluating and refining data collection and reporting processes. /liliInterpreting and presenting data findings clearly and concisely for non-technical stakeholders. /li /ulh3Minimum Requirements /h3ulli+3 years of experience in B2B lead generation positions. /liliProven experience in planning, implementing, and executing marketing automation campaigns. /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. /liliKnowledge of the software sector is a plus. /liliProven experience/skills in Marketo or similar tools. /liliProven experience in data analysis tools. /liliSolid understanding of marketing metrics, KPIs, and campaign performance measurement. /liliFamiliarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms. /liliStrong drive for creation, coordination, and implementation of action plans. /liliResults-oriented person. /liliGood time management skills, able to prioritize activities. /liliStrong teamwork skills showing ability to collaborate within different colleagues, departments, subsidiaries, and Corporate. /liliData Interpreter and Statistical Analyst. /liliAbility to maintain high levels of drive and energy, being creative, proactive, and dynamic. /liliAdvanced level in English is a must (speaking, reading, writing). /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
