The selected candidate will'A’ work closely with the Quality Manager and Process Owner to ensure the company’s Quality Management System complies with UNIgiu EN 9100:2018 standards, guaranteeing the conformity of products, processes, and documentation. The role also involves promoting a culture of quality, prevention, and continuous improvement throughout the organization. /p h3WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO /h3 ul liPromote a culture focused on bQuality, Reliability, and Prevention /b through internal training and awareness activities. /li liUpdate the documentation of the bQuality Management System /b (Quality Manual, Procedures, Work Instructions, Checklists, Modules, etc.) in compliance with bUNI EN 9100 /b and related processes weergegeven. /li liEnsure the effective application of the QMS and contribute to bcontinuous improvement /b. /li liSupport analysis, evaluation, and formalization of risk management related to processes using recognized methodologies (e.g., FMEA, Risk-Based Thinking). /li liMonitor and periodically report bKPI /b related to On‑Quality and On‑Time Delivery, promoting corrective actions when necessary. /li liIdentify, coordinate, and monitor bCorrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) /b. /li liPlan, conduct, and support binternal system audits /b and supplier audits, including managing non‑conformities. /li liSupport the analysis of bnon‑conformities /b, applying structured tools (e.g., 8D, Ishikawa, 5 Whys). /li liPromote the implementation of bLean methodologies /b and b5S principles-oriented /b to optimize production processes. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
