Oversee product cost structures (Direct Material, Direct Labor, Overheads) and support cost deployment and continuous improvement
Lead variance analysis (price, usage, mix, efficiency, absorption) with root-cause actions for Operations and Supply Chain
Coordinate annual budget, monthly forecasts, and strategic plans for industrial areas ensuring plant alignment with Group Finance
Support Capex evaluation and post-implementation reviews (ROI, payback, IRR) in line with financial policies
Collaborate with Plant Managers, Production, Engineering, and Procurement to drive data-driven decisions and cost optimization via Lean/WCM initiatives
Responsabilità
Master Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or Industrial Management
3-7+ years in industrial/operations controlling within manufacturing
Strong expertise in standard costing, variance analysis, cost allocation, and production KPIs
Advanced knowledge of SAP CO / FI and Excel (Power Query, Pivot, Macros)
Excellent communication and business-partnering skills with Operations and Plant leadership
Analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable insights
