The position entails decision making and requires cross‐functional collaboration with other departments.What You'll Do
Responsible for general supervision for all production‐related processes and tasks on a daily basisOptimization of line production capacity and production costsAchieving the requested output within the planned operational budgetResponsible for ensuring product quality by adhering to the Quality Policy and following processes and procedures that make up the supporting quality system, and actively participating in continuous improvement activities to meet quality standards, regulations and compliance requirementsAnalyze in‐depth structural problems and translate conclusions into methods and proceduresParticipation in planning production budgetsStrive for a balance between the development of the organization and the development of the employeesEnsure the performance of employees continuously improves (performance, management, conflict management, change management)Conduct all necessary and timely communications with the team, including regular feedback sessions as part of a performance management processActively contribute to a safe and healthy workplace environment by adhering to established health and safety protocols, reporting potential hazards promptly, and participating in training programs as requiredBe part of the local plant management team to actively drive cross‐departmental communication and work together to drive the productivity of the plant
