The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our sales team. You will be a key contributor to our sales team's success. You will provide outstanding customer service to our special client.

What You'll Do:
Business Client Development:
- Build and maintain a loyal client base
- Communicate, engage and energise the team to maximise performance
Leadership & Engagement Support:
- Support the manager(s) creating an inclusive working environment with a client-first culture
- Support the manager(s) developing the team product knowledges and selling culture
- Operations
- Expert of Philipp Plein clienteling and digital tools, store systems and procedures
- Uphold & coach Brand standards and Brand presentation
- Communicate product and client feedback to buyers & manager(s)
Profile:
- Energetic, passionate, smiling, ambitious and results-driven team player
- Experience in a premium/luxury environment
- Excellent organisational and communication skills with in-depth Brand and product knowledge
- English minimum B2 level mandatory
- Customer-service oriented
- Possibility of a permanent contract can be discussed during the interview.
