We are looking for a Senior Sales Assistant with a strong passion for fashion and a customer-oriented mindset, who will actively contribute to business growth by delivering excellence in sales and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome and assist customers, ensuring an exclusive and personalized shopping experience;
* provide a high-level sales service focused on achieving commercial targets;
* take care of the Store’s image in compliance with the brand’s visual merchandising guidelines;
* recommend and suggest products according to customers’ needs, highlighting their features and benefits;
* maintain and continuously develop strong product knowledge;
* represent and promote the brand’s image, values, and standards;
* support the receiving of new shipments and organize stock efficiently to optimize sales;
* comply with all company policies and procedures.
Requirements
* Solid knowledge of sales techniques and customer service principles;
* strong customer and results orientation;
* ability to achieve and exceed sales targets;
* excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* positive, proactive, and professional attitude;
* previous retail experience (preferably in fashion/luxury) is considered a plus;
* good command of the English language.
