About the role As part of our Customer Service team in Italy, you will support daily activities connected to the order-to-delivery process and help ensure a positive experience for our customers. This internship is designed to offer a practical learning experience within a dynamic and increasingly digital environment. You will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams such as Supply Chain, Logistics, Sales, and Credit, gaining exposure to end-to-end business operations. You will report to the Customer Service Manager Italy. This is a 6-month internship. Location The role is based in Assago. What you’ll do: Support daily checks on order status and data accuracy in our systems Help manage customer requests and basic communication activities Contribute to handling returns, refusals, and related administrative tasks Collaborate with the team on issue tracking and escalation (e.g., return flow performance, pricing updates) Support the preparation of simple reports and data extractions Support the team in managing special order types, ( Consignment / display orders for exhibitions or showrooms; Intercompany orders involving other Electrolux entities; Ad‑hoc or exceptional order requests …) Carry out extraordinary and administrative support activities, helping the team ensure smooth and timely operations across all order-related processes Who you are: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related area (Communication, Foreign Languages etc.) Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment Strong team player with good communication skills Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel in particular) Good problem-solving attitude and attention to detail Fluent in Italian and English As part of the Electrolux Group, we will continuously invest in you and your development.
