What we are looking for
The Global Market & Customer Insights Manager drives the development and delivery of market research and customer insights initiatives worldwide. This role transforms insights into actionable strategies that fuel growth, optimize customer experience and support key business decisions.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Define and execute a global market and customer insights strategy aligned to business goals.
* Lead qualitative and quantitative research projects internally and with external agencies.
* Analyze customer needs, behaviors, and satisfaction across markets to inform strategies.
* Track market trends, competitive dynamics and emerging opportunities.
* Deliver clear, actionable insights through presentations, dashboards and reports.
* Partner with Marketing, Product, Retail Excellence and Leadership teams to embed insights into plans.
* Manage research vendors to ensure quality, efficiency and innovation.
* Define and monitor key metrics related to market and customer performance.
What you'll need
* Degree in Business, Marketing or related fields.
* 10+ years’ experience in Market Research and Insights roles, ideally global/regional.
* Expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
* Strong data analysis and visualization skills (e.g., Power BI, Excel).
* Experience influencing senior stakeholders through data-driven storytelling.
* Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
