Why are we looking for you?
We are on the hunt for a dynamicField Sales Representativeto champion our brand across Italy.
Your mission?
Empower our retail partners with in-depth product knowledge, strengthen brand presence with regular store visits, and amplify customer engagement during events.
You will play a pivotal role in boosting sales and creating memorable experiences for our customers.
You will be reporting into the Account Manager Italy and joining a tight-knit, ambitious team of 5 based inMilan, ready to make waves in the beauty industry.
What will you be doing?
Carry out regular store visits in Italy to check stock levels and visual merchandising is up to a high standard; ensuring testers are replenished;
Provide ongoing store training for our key retailers ensuring all store staff are trained and ongoingly educated on our products, including NPDs;
Support the Account Manager with planning and execution of retail partnerships and back-office tasks (order entering, data analysis...);
Track product and store performance;
Building and creating great working relationships with store staff at our retailers;
Engage with our customers by being present on the shop floor working on skin scanning sessions, pop-up events;
Support the team with organising and executing large-scale customer events;
Always demonstrate our core philosophies and lead by example, when in our stores and with our customers.
What will you bring?
Experience in working within beauty/skincare in a similar role;
Passion for beauty/skincare, with excellent customer service;
Confident and engaging, with the ability to present our brand, its values and our product benefits to a wide range of people in a variety of environments;
Excellent communicator, collaborator, and team player;
A strategic and proactive view with the ability to anticipate future business training needs;
Willingness to travel the majority of the week throughout Italy;
Willingness to work in Milan at least once a week on team days;
Full proficiency in Italy language and English;
Possession of a driving license and a personal car.
