Principal Responsibilities of the role

1. Drive the country agenda to plan and execute II Strategy to maximize sales
2. Identify the key areas as per the new Lipiodol re-focus, accelerating actions on medical education to drive growth.
3. Identifying, segmenting & mapping potential target opportunities
4. Developing & implementing pipeline plans
5. Deliver on defined sales budget for target segment
6. Produces market share data by modality
7. Engaging with / managing key decision makers
8. Become the expert in by developing knowledge surrounding competitive activity
9. Participate in national, local and European congresses
10. Leads territory team reviews and updates of account plan based on changing market, customer conditions, and competitive activity.

Maximise access to Guerbet Products by developing II business opportunities

11. Ability to build relationships and expand company's presence within labs.
12. Passion for learning clinical cases.
13. Ability to build trust with physicians, by providing solutions based in scientific approaches.
14. Increase penetration through engaging with appropriate KOL’s and referring clinicians to develop clinical knowledge and expertise, leveraging Guerbet Medical Education resources to accelerate Lipiodol growth
15. To develop OEM and private sector business
16. Establish Guerbet as reliable partners
17. Collaboratively work to develop target accounts by coordinating the involvement of other company personnel when needed
18. Teamwork – Commitment to the successful achievement of the team and organizational goals through a desire to participate with and help other members of the team from different business line.
19. Customer Service Focus – Demonstrate a focus on listening to and understanding the customer needs and then delighting the customer by exceeding service and quality expectations
20. Proficient computer skills including: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. General working knowledge of internet for business use.
21. Demonstrated ability to positively receive and respond to feedback for improvement and development
22. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed projected sales goals
23. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in collaborative and independent work situations and environments with minimal supervision
24. Ability to develop accurate short and long-term plans, forecasting, and business analysis
25. Strong interpersonal skills including ability to communicate effectively with people individually and groups: ability to communicate with technical and non-technical colleagues; experience establishing and maintaining effective relationships across departments

Requirements / Expectations

Education:

26. Preferably Radiography
27. Life Sciences-related (medical, scientific, pharmacy, radiography)
28. Additional, Business Administration degree a strong plus

Experience:

29. Minimum 3 years of selling experience within a pharma/medical devices industry, with familiarity and knowledge of oncology doctors within Interventional Radiology, Interventional Oncology, Endovascular and Vascular disciplines.
30. Cath Lab field work experience.
31. Deep relationships with access to Interventional Radiology clinicians is required.
32. Strong organizational & communication skills
33. Strong understanding of sales processes and pharmaceutical regulatory requirements

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

34. Extensive Travel requirement
35. Work flexible hours
36. Valid driver license
37. Quickly develop strong and effective selling skills
38. Visual acuity and analytical skill to distinguish fine detail
39. Manual dexterity to use common Interventional Radiology department equipment and perform sterile techniques as required
40. Must possess ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time
41. Fluent local language, fluent English
