**What we offer:**:As a key member of the Finance & EMEA Operations Leadership Team, CFO Operations will be a direct report to the VP Finance & CFO EMEA and a close business partner to the SVP Operations EMEA.
You will assume a strategic role in the overall management of the Operations across EMEA. His / her primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities of the EMEA Operations. This will include direct responsibility for accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, costing, deal analysis and negotiations, and partnership compliance. T he Operations Responsibilities includes all project cost & deals profitability management across EMEA
**Tasks and Qualifications:**:**Principal Accountabilities**
Financial controlling, reporting and accountablity for the Dematic Operations results - delivery on time, in full, within the budget hurdles and planned profitability.
Controlling of order intake (new business) for EMEA (monthly, quarterly, annual forcasting) including harmonization across regions, consolidation and reporting to EMEA CFO.
Project delivery governance
Financial oversight, controlling and analysis to improve cost savings and project delivery performance
Drive and harmonize local controllers ways of working and process in managing cost, forecasting, reporting, budgeting for Operations EMEA
Provides leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives for Operations EMEA
Provide timely and accurate analysis of actual performance, budgets, financial trends and forecasts.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and EMEA leaders so as to identify their needs and seek full range of business solutions.
Provide Operations Executive management with advice on the financial implications of business projects & initiatives
Provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities.
Manage processes for financial forecasting, budgets and consolidation and reporting to EMEA CFO & Operations SVP
Senior level finance, controlling and accounting experience in a complex high tech business with a global workforce
10+ years of directly applicable finance or accounting experience in a progressive, fast paced environment
Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent in Finance, Accounting or Business; Master’s Degree and CPA preferred
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence others outside and across the organizational structure -including Dematic Group executive leadership, to build meaningful relationships, and to drive for results across functional lines
Excellent financial modeling and analytical skills for budgeting and forecasting combined with a strong attention to detail and the ability to present complex information in a usable format to a diverse audience
Experience working with SAP or a similar ERP system a plus but not required
Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections
10+ years in progressively responsible financial leadership multi-country roles, preferably in Logistic industry.
Project business for Dematic type of business as well as the specific requirements of project accounting and controlling.
Demonstrated leadership experience for an international finance organisation
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and with staff at remote locations essential.
Ability to lead a remote team across EMEA countries at multiple locations to foster collaboration
Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation
