On behalf of our Client, a well-established International Company, GRS Recruitment are seeking to recruit a Digital Communication Officer to be based in Nicosia. If you have the necessary skills and experience, then GRS are looking forward to receiving your CV for this Digital Communication Officer to be based in Nicosia. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Upload approved content to relevant platforms – including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and WordPress – applying SEO best practices, cross-linking, tagging, and metadata.
2. Oversee regular and seasonal CRM mailouts via Mailchimp, managing audience segmentation and list health.
3. Design and adapt graphics and short-form video content.
4. Provide design support for time-sensitive campaigns, developing and maintaining branded templates for emergency appeals and other rapid-response formats.
5. Maintain digital asset libraries, ensuring content is tagged, organised, and archived for easy retrieval. Regularly audit and uphold metadata standards
6. Support international colleagues in locating and sharing assets.
7. Monitor social media engagement and respond or escalate as needed.
8. Compile and share monthly engagement reports.
9. Analyse SEO performance and suggest improvements.
10. Test new interactive social media features to drive engagement and stay informed about emerging trends, supporting strategy refinement.
11. Proactively identify opportunities for collaboration with Partners on social media.
12. Liaise with international stakeholders and support offices to distribute priority content.
13. Maintain company's updates, including homepage features.
14. Act as a proactive and collaborative brand ambassador.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
15. At least one year of relevant experience
16. Digital Marketing or Marketing Degree
17. Very good knowledge of the English language
18. Very good knowledge of Social Media
19. Approachable and polite individual
