Main Responsibilities of the roles:
Ensure dishes meet quality, timing, and presentation standardsFollow standard recipes, portioning, and hygiene (HACCP) proceduresContribute to consistent 5-star service deliveryMaintain a service-oriented mindset throughout all operationsContribute feedback and ideas during tastings or menu trialsSupport culinary promotions and section initiativesEncourage teamwork, learning, and positive communication
Candidate ProfilePrevious experience in quality hotel or restaurant kitchens; luxury hospitality is a plusStrong culinary fundamentals and willingness to learnReliability, attention to detail, and a disciplined work approachAbility to work under pressure while maintaining consistencyTeam-oriented professional aligned with values of care, respect, integrity, and continuous development
Qualifications
:Qualification in Hospitality/Kitchen services/Tourism preferredHigh proficiency of Italian and professional English mandatory
