PpWe are looking for a Reinsurance buyer who will work at the Head Office of the Generali Group, in the PC Treaty Retrocession, whose main duty is to purchase the reinsurance protections for the agevolazioni of the Generali Group. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDesign of the most efficient reinsurance protections for the Group, in line with the corporate strategy and the market conditions; /li liPreparation of the information package required for the purchase of reinsurance protections; /li liNegotiation of the terms and conditions of the protections, either directly with the main reinsurers in the market or through brokers; /li liNegotiation with investors and post‑closing management of alternative reinsurance structures (sidecar); /li liManagement of the commercial relationships with reinsurers through dedicated meetings or market events attended also by the top management of reinsurance companies; /li liCollaboration with key partners of Generali for the definition of specific reinsurances; /li liReinsurance reporting to top management, the company’s governing bodies, and supervisory authorities; /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liDegree in Economics, Engineering, or Law; a Master’s degree in insurance or risk management is preferred; /li li3‑5 years of experience in the insurance and/or reinsurance sector; /li /ul h3Soft Skills /h3 ul liEffective communication in an international environment; /li liAbility to work independently and results‑oriented mindset. /li /ul h3Company Profile /h3 pGenerali Group Head Office is the guidelining unit of the Generali Group, one of the largest global insurance and asset management providers.
