Overview
TA Instruments, Division of Waters, is seeking a Tender Specialist to support sales of our analytical instruments. This position is office-based in Sesto San Giovanni (Mi), with 3 days off out of 5.
The main responsibilities and required skills include:
* Supporting tender management processes
* Preparing documents required by the Italian Public Administration (DGUE, declarations, DNSH, bank deposit, tender terms and conditions)
* Accurate document filling and management
* Communicating with internal team members to facilitate timely document collection
* Registering and monitoring customer portals, especially for TA results
* Cross-functional communication and document updating
* CRM management, preferably with SAP and Salesforce
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Maintaining CRM systems
* Handling ARIBA supplier requests
* PO and Vendor creation
* Supporting sales teams
* Managing inbound calls for TAI Italy and internal cross-functional communication
Qualifications include:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in economics, business administration, or equivalent experience supporting sales organizations
* Preferably 2-3 years of professional experience
* A dedicated customer service mindset
* Good knowledge of CRM systems (SAP/SFDC) is an advantage
