ENVISION YOUR FUTURE JOB
As a Manufacturing Engineer in the RX Lab for ophthalmic lenses production, specifically in the SEMA (Surfacing, Edging, and Mounting) area, you will focus on improving production KPIs: Quality, Service Level, and Costs. You will coordinate a team of 2 process technicians, overseeing daily routines, process control analysis, and leading projects. Collaboration with stakeholders like Central Engineering, suppliers, Maintenance, Production, and Quality is essential.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES:
* Ensure smooth production operations in SEMA.
* Continuously improve KPIs: Quality, Service Level, Costs.
* Coordinate and lead a team of 2 process technicians.
PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE
* Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
* At least 3 years of experience in a production environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP and Qlik experience are a plus.
* Strong problem-solving skills.
* Autonomous and responsible attitude.
