Responsibilities
- Manage master planning, material processes, and systems, and prepare & update production schedules and purchasing needs.
- Oversee cross‐functional teams to resolve bottlenecks and material shortages.
- Ensure operational alignment with the production plan and KPIs, and optimize inventory and process improvements.
- Collaborate with other functions on strategic initiatives like simplification, cost reduction, and on‐time delivery.
- Exchange data and information, address interaction concerns, and improve products, processes, and procedures.
- Maintain accurate traceability for all records created during product manufacturing, ensuring data quality and system updates.
- Comply with company policies and processes, including compliance, quality, production, EHS, HR & Admin, and Lean.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or demonstrated equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Materials Planning and Execution.
- Ability to work independently and identify and drive process improvements.
- Experience working in cross‐functional teams within a global‐matrix environment.
- Strong problem‐identification and solution skills.
- Fluency in Italian, both oral and written.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and Enterprise Resource Planning systems.

Compensation (Italy)
The initial pay range for this position will be EUR 43,200–59,400, subject to the provisions of the Contratto Collettivo Industria Metalmeccanica e della installazione di impianti. SectionVI – TitoloIV of that collective bargaining agreement relates to pay.
