Cloud37 is expanding its ServiceNow Practice and we’re looking for a Junior ServiceNow Developer to join our growing team.
If you have at least 1 year of hands-on experience with ServiceNow and hold a CSA certification, this is a great opportunity to accelerate your career and work on enterprise projects in a collaborative, international environment.
What You’ll Do
* Support the configuration and development of ServiceNow applications (ITSM, CSM, or other modules)
* Participate in requirements gathering and assist in creating technical documentation
* Collaborate with senior developers and consultants to deliver quality solutions
* Learn and apply ITIL and service management best practices
* Work on integrations and workflows under the guidance of experienced team members
What We’re Looking For
* At least 1 year of experience working with the ServiceNow platform
* ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required
* Basic knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting tools (Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, etc.)
* Understanding of ITIL practices and service management concepts
* Eagerness to learn, grow, and take initiative
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Proactive, autonomous, and strong team player
* Self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning.
* Fluent in Italian and English
