Engineering - Project Management - Perth - Permanent / Full Time 6/11/2025 - An opportunity to work at a growing international company - Opportunities for career progression - Free gym with 24/7 access About us: MineARC Systems is seeking a proactive and highly organised Product Realisation Manager to drive the successful delivery of new products from concept to customer. Acting as the critical link between Engineering and Production, this role ensures MineARC’s innovative safety technologies are delivered to market on time, fully operational, and production-ready. You’ll work alongside our engineering department, overseeing our new product development process, the technical handover of new products, and ongoing bug tracking; as well as ensuring that all documentation is created and processes are locked in for scalable, repeatable manufacture. The Role: - Owner of the New Product Development Process - ensuring all stages are completed with coinciding documentation and sign off - Project delivery - work alongside our engineering team to ensure products are completed on time, on budget and within scope - Conduct product readiness meetings to algin all teams throughout the development process, from inception to product launch - Coordinate the completion of all product manuals, including the collection of information and creation of documentation - Facilitate engineering to production handover, including assisting in the establishment of manufacturing workflows, instructions and test procedures - Ensure all bugs and product issues are documented and coordinate their resolution through the engineering team, ensuring all stakeholders are kept informed - Maintain and drive a positive work environment in line with MineARC corporate values.
