Why are we looking for you?
Are you enthusiastic about skincare and a digital native? You will love this job! You’ll learn all about our products and be an expert in how to treat skin in the best possible way. You are able to multitask between social, chat and phone. Within this role you will never be bored and always be challenged.
What will you be doing?
* Providing advice on purchasing Paula’s Choice products via chat, phone and email;
* Trouble shooting when customers are lost within our website or portfolio;
* Answering questions about Paula’s Choice products and services;
* Representing Paula’s Choice during offline events;
* Providing Skin Scan for our customers, we have our own skin scanner with which we do skin analyses.
What will you bring?
* 1-3 years of experience in a customer facing role;
* You are a skincare addict and a beauty lover;
* Be fluent in Italian and English. Any other European language would be a huge advantage;
* An effective collaborator; supportive of other team members in their success;
* Ability to troubleshoot problems, find answers to customer issues, and articulate complex solutions in written communication;
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, learn quickly and adapt to a changing environment;
* A positive mindset, no question is to crazy and never take things personal.
