We are looking for an experienced Facility Manager for a client company to oversee facility operations, optimize efficiency, and lead new projects.
Responsibilities
Facility Management & Operations:
* Manage contracts, orders, and supplier relationships.
* Design and adapt equipment based on production needs.
* Develop basic designs for facility modifications to support production requirements.
* Propose solutions to enhance efficiency and energy savings.
* Oversee facility layout, including machinery relocations and installations.
* Define design criteria for facilities and machinery.
* Utilize engineering management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Excel, AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
* Perform basic design and sizing for systems and services (e.g., sprinkler systems, piping).
Project Management & Implementation:
* Develop technical specifications for new projects.
* Ensure compliance with project objectives, quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints.
* Identify optimal technical solutions to reduce maintenance needs and costs.
* Create and manage detailed work plans, assign tasks and deadlines.
* Plan and monitor project-related budgets.
* Coordinate external contractors during installation and start-up phases.
* Proactively anticipate and mitigate risks with strategic response plans.
* Optimize inventory stock management.
* Provide training for maintenance operators.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in facility management and project implementation.
* Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
* Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
