floors Generator Rome includes a bar and chill out lounge We look forward to sharing all of it with you NUTS AND BOLTS OF THE JOB Support the General Manager across all departments and deputise in their absence Be responsible for leading developing and implementing a regular programme of creative revenue driving events and initiatives within the hostel Work with GM HQ to evolve and expand the property F B offerings to both internal and external guests ensuring all efforts are on brand and revenue driving Help the team create and deliver the budgeted P L Control payroll and all costs by understanding market conditions forecasts and business on the books to maximise departmental income Be commercially savvy in exploring new revenue streams Have a comprehensive knowledge of and ensure compliance with all statutory local legislation and regulation in particular H S employment law and Fire Safety Ensure all site level HR support is delivered and compliant Cultivate relationships with local influencers and build a database of useful contacts Be responsible for the atmosphere management of the property Ensure that our social spaces embody the Generator brand and culture Communicate effectively and appropriately in all directions so that the wider team understands our company goals and is motivated to work towards their success Naturally this is not intended as an exhaustive list attitude with attention to detail Commercially savvy with a proven background to spot business opportunities You must be eligible to work in the EU to be considered for this roleYOUR ROCK STAR
