The Program Manager ensures effective execution at scale while maintaining strong oversight on risks, dependencies, and benefits realization. /ppThe role is part of the Service Excellence organization and contributes to initiatives aimed at improving after sales performance, service processes, quality, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction. /ppIn this context, the Program Manager provides strategic coordination and governance, ensuring alignment across projects, consistency of execution, and value realization, while acting as a key interface between Service Excellence, Digital/ICT, and regional stakeholders. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliDefine and maintain the program vision, objectives, and roadmap in line with business strategy. /liliEnsure coherence, alignment, and prioritization across all projects within the program. /liliDefine and manage governance structures, decision frameworks, and escalation paths. /liliMonitor overall program performance, risks, interdependencies, and critical issues. /liliCoordinate multiple projects and workstreams within the program. /liliEnsure alignment of timelines, scope, priorities, and resources. /liliManage interdependencies and conflicts between projects. /liliSupport sequencing and prioritization decisions to optimize business value. /liliOversee execution through Project Managers or Stream Owners. /liliEnsure delivery against agreed milestones, quality standards, and expected benefits. /liliIdentify and address program level risks and issues, driving mitigation actions. /liliEnsure consistent execution across functions, regions, and stakeholders. /liliAct as the primary interface for program sponsors and senior management. /liliCoordinate with central functions, regions, and external partners. /liliEnsure alignment between business, ICT, and operational stakeholders. /liliSupport change management activities to enable adoption and sustainability. /liliDefine and track program KPIs and benefits. /liliEnsure delivery of expected business outcomes, beyond individual project outputs. /liliMonitor value realization and propose corrective actions where required. /liliConsolidate and present program reporting to governance bodies and executive management. /li /ulh3Profile /h3pbRequired Skills Qualifications /b /pulli10–15 years of professional experience in Program Management, managing complex, multi project initiatives. /liliStrong background in project management and cross functional coordination. /liliProven ability to manage strategic initiatives with multiple senior stakeholders. /liliExperience in regional or international environments is a strong asset. /liliDemonstrated experience managing multiple Project Managers or workstreams. /liliStrong leadership, influencing, and decision making capabilities. /liliStrategic thinking combined with execution focus. /liliExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills. /liliAbility to manage complexity, ambiguity, and competing priorities. /liliResults oriented and value driven mindset. /liliUniversity degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or equivalent. /liliProject / Program Management certifications (PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, Agile) are a plus. /liliFluent English is mandatory.
