The operating company has an annual revenue of approx. $1.3B and will continue to grow over the next coming years. Main offices are in Milan (Italy). The Senior Finance Analyst will report to the Senior Business Controller. Key Responsibilities Financial Planning & Controlling Systems updates & Masterdata maintenance Monthly / quarterly closing and reporting activities for the respective area Review the major sales variations versus budget cycles, understanding the key drivers and providing management with insights for decision-making End-to-end financial planning & forecasting responsibility for the respective area Provide insightful financial analysis and scenario-thinking to drive strategic prioritization Continuous improvement in the way of working, enhance efficiency and effectiveness of processes Compliance Comply with J&J worldwide financial, Healthcare Compliance, and Business Conduct procedures and drive accountability throughout the organization. Ensure compliance with local regulations. Business Partnering Influence business leadership in financial decision-making Lead and supervise performance against business plan commitments for the respective area Establish connections with internal and external partners to drive business performance Participate in EMEA and cross-sector initiatives Champion collaboration between all finance groups Qualifications Master’s degree in finance / economics / accounting is required Minimum 3-4 years finance or related business experience required; experience in a reputable audit company is preferred Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills SAP knowledge preferred Exceptional financial and analytical skills Excellent command of English and Italian (oral and written) required Strong communication and analytical skills and a proactive mindset High-level knowledge of financial automation tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, AI-based data analysis and reporting tools Experience Required Broad FP&A and business partnering experience preferred Experience in a regional / global organization with complex interdependent relationships Proven track record of high performance and driving improvements in a complex environment Skills and Competences Ability to work under pressure in complex conditions Highly motivated with strong analytical skills Team player in Finance and organization-wide Independent thinking, long-term vision, and strong planning / prioritization Proactive and results-oriented Ability to thrive in a multicultural environment across all layers of the business Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt interpersonal style for various stakeholders Proficient in modern data processing tools Employment type : Full-time Location : Milano, Italy J-18808-Ljbffr
