Ph3Senior Business Development Representative - Building Management Solutions M/F/D /h3 pJoin to apply for the bSenior Business Development Representative - Building Management Solutions M/F/D /b role at bHoneywell /b /p pAs a Senior Business Development Representative here at Honeywell, you will drive qualified leads and pipeline growth, develop and execute strategies, and optimize conversion rates using marketing automation tools. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liEmploy a consultative selling approach that focuses on building a long–term, value-based relationship with new customers and successfully navigate different levels of decision making in the customer organization to maintain and build business. /li liNew Customer Acquisition: Identify customers that are a good match to the business, carry out needs creation through detailed engagement with identified customers, lead the new customer acquisition across various internal functions including RD, sourcing, quality, etc. /li liLeverage sales support resources to formulate a winning solution and articulate value propositions. /li liGenerate/Maintain/Deliver reports and opportunity status using our customer relationship management system. /li liBe the eyes and ears of the industry to the company and provide intelligence on customers, competitors and market trends. /li liNegotiate project, software and service agreements. /li liTravel 50% of the time. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul li5+ years of technical and business acumen, selling complex solutions in B2B Retail environment /li liAn understanding of one of the following BMS – HVAC - SaaS /li liTechnical aptitude and curiosity to develop applicable solutions for commercial/industrial applications /li liAbility to break down client needs/wants, develop and deliver value-based solution, and drive opportunities to closure /li liDesire to win and grow your business /li liStrong sense of ownership – They’re your clients and it’s your business /li /ul h3We Value /h3 ul liA proficient understanding of key sales principles and best practices including but not limited to: engaging new potential accounts, and exceeding customer expectations. /li liBachelor of Science degree in a technical discipline or equivalent technical experience /li liAn ability to take initiative and work with limited direction /li liExcellent team, leadership and communication skills /li liAn ability and experience influencing across a broader functionalized organization /li liAn ability and experience influencing customers, while maintaining healthy relationships /li liExperience and success managing longer sales cycle opportunities /li /ul pWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
