Position Overview
Amplifon Global Data team is currently seeking for a Data Service Manager. He or she will be part of the Global Data Operations area, interacting with Business and development teams during both project and operational phases to properly handle Incident and Release Management activities. He or she will focus on both service continuity and support service, thus granting service availability and quality.
Main Responsibilities
* Be the first point of contact for any critical issue or improvement need related to Amplifon Datawarehouse, marketing campaign platform and their integration
* Prioritize issue analysis and resolution activities based on business context, understood criticalities and a continuous alignment with delivery plans
* Promote application and process improvements based on operational experience and customers' feedback
* Manage Release activities, coordinating demand and technical focal points and ensuring adherence of the release activities to defined processes and procedures
* Identify improvement opportunities related to release management process, ensuring alignment with the data stack evolution roadmap
* Coordinate incident management activities, focusing on root cause analysis and identifying developments or process changes to prevent reoccurrence
* Perform work on time, within scope and with high customer satisfaction
Skills
* Ability to prioritize assignments, handle shifting deadlines and work independently as well as in a team environment
* Strong skill in problem solving
* Knowledge of general Business and CRM processes. Highly appreciated in the Retail industry
* Business needs analysis - ability to define business's requirements within the context of their function
* Ability to work flexibly in a rapidly Corporate changing environment
* Work well under pressure to meet deadlines and manage business expectations
* Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
* Proven SQL knowledge
* Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform and DBT highly appreciated
* Knowledge of Adobe Marketing Cloud or other Omnichannel campaign systems highly appreciated
* Knowledge of Microsoft PowerBI and Microsoft Fabric highly appreciated
Qualifications
* >2 years working experience in operations or functional analyst role, in CRM or Campaign Management projects highly appreciated
* 3-5 Year degree in Computer Science preferred or Economics
* Willing to travel as required
* Any successful candidate will be required to be fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken)
