Description Your OpportunityWe are currently seeking a Junior Marketing Controller as part of our dynamic Marketing team in Milan.You will support the manager both in strategic projects and day to day operations. The role will act as a financial liaison between the marketing department and the finance team, providing financial analysis and decision support to ensure the efficient use of resources and cost-effectiveness of marketing initiatives. You will play a critical role in ensuring that the marketing department operates within budget and contributes to the overall financial success of the organization contributing to building, optimizing, and automating data management and tracking processes, driving efficiency, and enhancing team engagement and experience.How you will contributeCreate and maintain regular actual marketing performance, budgeting and market intelligence reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Formwork, BPC and SAP, integrating data from multiple sources and providing analytics and insights to inform marketing strategy.Support the improvement of efficiency by implementing the automated reporting process across functions.Daily support to marketing teams creating ad hoc analysis, reviewing invoices, supervising purchase requisition flow, tracking capital expenditure, monitoring progress and performance of marketing initiatives.Daily alignment with finance in analyzing financial data and provide financial guidance to ensure cost-effectiveness, reviewing Marketing’s financial information in the general ledger for accuracy and discrepancies in order to correct any issues, reviewing capex accounting.Develop and maintain budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling tools to ensure the department's resources are being utilized efficiently.Who you areBachelor’s Degree Business Administration or Finance+ 1 year of experience in a similar role Advanced Excel and Power Point skillsExperience with SAPStrong organizational skillsStrong presentation/communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire.Result-oriented, problem-solving skillsDynamic, proactive, flexible, curious, committed to teamworkWhy work with us?
