Optimize Commercial Processes Intern
This internship provides a unique opportunity to learn and support the optimization of commercial processes. You will collaborate with different departments to gain hands-on experience in streamlining workflows, analyzing data, and ensuring operational efficiency.
You will report directly to the Head of Go-to-Market and Customer Success. Key Responsibilities include:
* SUPPORT THE DESIGN AND IMPROVEMENT OF COMMERCIAL PROCESSES TO ALIGN WITH COMPANY GOALS.
* ASSIST IN MONITORING THE PERFORMANCE OF WORKFLOWS AND IDENTIFYING AREAS FOR IMPROVEMENT THROUGH DATA ANALYSIS.
* COLLABORATE WITH TEAMS ACROSS SALES, MARKETING, FINANCE, AND PRODUCT TO STREAMLINE OPERATIONS AND GAIN INSIGHTS INTO CROSS-FUNCTIONAL PROCESSES.
* HELP PREPARE TRAINING MATERIALS AND PROVIDE SUPPORT TO THE COMMERCIAL TEAM ON NEW TOOLS OR PROCESSES.
* LEARN TO MANAGE AND OPTIMIZE TOOLS LIKE CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT (CRM) SYSTEMS AND ANALYTICS PLATFORMS.
* ENSURE ACCURATE DOCUMENTATION AND REPORTING OF OPERATIONAL ACTIVITIES AND UPDATES.
* STAY INFORMED ABOUT RELEVANT REGULATIONS AND INDUSTRY STANDARDS, AND CONTRIBUTE TO ENSURING COMPLIANCE IN COMMERCIAL OPERATIONS.
* ASSIST IN THE PREPARATION OF PRESENTATIONS FOR THE COMMERCIAL TEAM.
The ideal candidate has a strong desire to collaborate with teams and contribute to operational efficiency. Basic knowledge of data analysis and a willingness to learn tools like Excel or BI platforms are also essential.

* BASIC FORECASTING TECHNIQUES AND UNDERSTANDING OF MARKET TRENDS.
* HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE WITH TOOLS LIKE EXCEL, DASHBOARDS, OR BI PLATFORMS FOR REPORTING AND ANALYSIS.
